    Owner and history

The Deutz vineyards are located in the most prestigious terroirs of Champagne, primarily classified as Grands and Premiers Crus. The limestone soils, typical of the region, impart a characteristic minerality and freshness to the grapes. The ideal exposure of the plots and the rigorous grape selection process result in champagnes of great purity and perfect balance.

    Vinification and aging

The vinification of William Deutz 2013 follows a rigorous process, respecting traditional Champagne methods. After fermentation in stainless steel tanks to preserve the purity of the aromas, the wine is bottled for a slow and controlled secondary fermentation. Aging on fine lees for several years in the cellar adds complexity and refines its texture, guaranteeing elegant effervescence and excellent aging potential.
