    Refinement, elegance and precision

    In the cellar,Ghislaine BerthodIntervene as little as possible. Winemaking is traditional, fermentations are carried out using indigenous yeasts, and the grapes are partially destemmed. Aging is minimal. The wines are aged for approximately 20 months with 20 to 25% new oak. Clément is committed to reducing the proportion of new oak and extending the aging period.
