History of the Estate Cascina delle Rose - Italy

Cascina delle Rose
Heritage and passion
The story ofCascina delle RoseIt all began in 1974 when Beatrice and Ferdinando's grandson decided to continue the family farm. From then on, he began renovating the property and working the vines. Together, with the same passion, they produced wine of incredible quality (which only gets better with age). Today, Giovanna Rizzolio, assisted by her husband Italo and their young sons Davide and Riccardo, manages the estate. They cultivate 3 hectares of vines with the utmost respect for the environment.

The wines of Cascina delle Rose
Let the product express itself
The wines ofCascina delle RoseThese wines are defined by their elegant character and subtlety. The grapes come from vines planted in soil composed of bluish marl, limestone, and compact earth. Italo and Davide are responsible for the winemaking. Throughout this process, the wine develops essential elements for the structure of the cuvée: namely, aroma and color. Several wines from the estate can be discovered on our website:
- The vintageLanghe Nebbiolois produced from a single grape variety: thenebbioloThe unique characteristic of Nebbiolo is its ability to produce a perfectly balanced wine from a very young age. Enjoy it with charcuterie, red and white meats, and lightly aged cheeses.
- Barbaresco Tre StelleThis wine is produced from vines planted in marine soils. This vintage is built for aging. With its strong character, notes of licorice, tobacco and chocolate, and lively, balanced tannins, it is clear that this wine will pair perfectly with game dishes or meats in sauce.
