The estate's aging cellar is also located in the former chapel of the Conil manor. It dates back to the 7th century. Traces of viticulture on the estate date back to the 10th century. Climate and vineyards
A Provençal terroir nurtured by the mistral wind
The 30 hectares of vineyards (23 of which are in production) are perched between350 and 420 metersaltitude. This height allows it to escape the strong influences of the sea while still benefiting from the sea air.
