Côteaux Bourguignons is an appellation that produces wines in the territory of greater Burgundy across 300 communes.
It produces red, white and rosé wines, mainly from classic grape varieties of the region: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Gamay.
The terroir is based on clay-limestone soils and benefits from a temperate-oceanic and semi-continental climate.
Red wines exhibit diverse characteristics depending on the soils and grape varieties from which they are made. Those made from Gamay tend to be supple and fruity with fine tannins. Pinot Noir, on the other hand, brings richness, complexity, and a refined structure.
Rosé wines tend to be fresh and fruity.
White wines also vary depending on the blend. With Chardonnay, you'll find a fresh wine with citrus notes. Aligoté, on the other hand, will bring vibrancy.
Domaine Antoine Lienhardt
Domaine Antoine Lienhardt has existed since the 19th century when Gustave Guyot purchased the first plots of land. The estate became a family business, and today Antoine Lienhardt is at the helm of this beautiful property.
The vineyard is located on the Côte de Nuits in the village of Comblanchien .
The Gamayoptère cuvée from the Coteaux-Bourguignons appellation is an organic wine, made from vines planted in deep limestone soil. This benefits the Gamay grape , which expresses itself with great balance and a beautiful aromatic richness.
