Monthélie

The Monthélie appellation, with its AOC and AOP designations, produces characterful red and white wines from a vineyard in Burgundy's heartland, the Côte de Beaune. Many of the vineyard sites in this terroir are classified as Premier Cru, producing red wines similar to those of Volnay and white wines sharing characteristics with Meursault.
