    Owner and history

    The estate divides its vineyard into micro-cuvées from specific plots. Les Longeays is an earlier-ripening vineyard than its neighbors. The vines are cultivated organically and biodynamically and are on average 37 years old. The vineyard is situated on clay-limestone soil, on a gentle slope, and reaches an altitude of 250 meters.

    Vinification and aging

    The grapes are harvested by hand. Pressing is carried out with whole bunches. The wine is vinified and aged in barrels for 11 months. It is then aged for 6 months in tanks.
