    The team's opinion

Captivating and luminous, born from volcanic soils, Etna Bianco DOP is a concentrated burst of Sicilian gastronomy: it ranges from floral notes of mandarin blossom to candied ginger, while the palate is tantalized by alternating hints of salt and lemon. Wine Spectator describes it as "baked pineapple," calling it "a richer take on the young Carricante, but well-balanced and vibrant throughout."
