    Owner and history

    The vines are located on a small, contiguous plot of approximately 8 hectares. They are surrounded by prestigious neighbors such as Angélus and La Fleur. The vines are cultivated with the utmost care, respecting the principles of organic farming.

    Vinification and aging

    - Fermentation in stainless steel, concrete and wooden vats
    - Aged for 6 to 12 months in barrels
