    Owner and history

The property has a 50-hectare vineyard on clay-limestone soil covered with gravel. The grape varieties are composed of 53% Cabernet Sauvignon, 34% Merlot, 11% Cabernet Franc and 2% Petit Verdot.

    Vinification and aging

The grapes are harvested by hand. Vinification is meticulous, adapted to each grape variety. The juice ferments in stainless steel tanks for 15 to 20 days. During aging, the wine is divided into three parts: one-third in new barrels, one-third in one-year-old barrels, and the final third in two-year-old barrels.
