    Owner and history

    This cuvée is a blend from several parcels situated at an altitude of approximately 145 meters. The vines are around thirty years old and benefit from a Mediterranean climate, ideal for the grapes to reach perfect ripeness. The vineyard is entirely managed using biodynamic farming methods.

    Vinification and aging

    - Destemmed grapes
    - Fermentation with indigenous yeast
    - Maceration for approximately 20 days, no fining
    - Aged for 4 months in stainless steel tanks on fine lees
