Vinification and aging

Winemaking at Château La Lagune is a meticulous process, blending tradition and technological innovation. The grapes, harvested by hand, are carefully selected before being destemmed. After fermentation, the wine is aged in oak barrels, some of which are new, for 12 to 18 months.
