Owner and history

In the heart of Pomerol, the vineyard covers 8 hectares. It is characterized by a diversity of soils: gravelly with clay for two-thirds of the vineyard and silty around Château Latour in Pomerol. The vines are approximately 25 years old.

Vinification and aging

The winemaking process is carried out with the same care as in the other properties of Etablissements Jean-Pierre MOUEIX: Fermentation takes place in concrete tanks, the young wine is then aged in oak barrels renewed by a third each year.
