    Owner and history

    Château Le Crock benefits from an exceptional terroir composed of gravel and sand on the surface and clay subsoil. This type of soil retains heat, drains well, and preserves a natural water reserve. The vineyard is spread across three different areas, resulting in exceptional aromatic diversity.

    Vinification and aging

    This bottle contains a blend of four grape varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot, from vines over 40 years old. The grapes are hand-harvested, carefully sorted, and then vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged in oak barrels for 18 months.
