    Owner and history

    Bellet is an appellation of only 50 hectares. The vines are grown on terraces and are cultivated organically and biodynamically. The significant temperature difference between night and day allows the wine to retain a lovely freshness.

    Vinification and aging

    - Hand-harvested grapes
    - Vinification in stainless steel tanks with manual punch-down
    - Aged for 12 to 16 months in oak barrels
