    Owner and history

    The Syrah and Grenache vines are located on a limestone plateau. The Mourvèdre vines are located on rounded pebbles similar to those found in Châteauneuf-du-Pape.

    Vinification and aging

    - Vinification using indigenous yeasts for each grape variety separately
    - Aged for 23 months in oak barrels then 2 months in bulk
    - Blending 2 months before bottling
