Vinification and aging

Winemaking at Château Mouton Rothschild It is a meticulous process that begins with the hand-harvesting of grapes at optimal ripeness. After rigorous sorting, the grapes are destemmed and crushed before fermenting in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
