    Owner and history

    The 22-hectare vineyard is cultivated with the utmost respect for nature, using biodynamic methods. The sandstone and flint soil is characteristic of Saumur.

    Vinification and aging

    The grapes are harvested by hand, with the best ones being sorted in the vineyard. Vinification takes place at low temperatures to preserve the freshness of the fruit. The wine is aged on its lees for 12 months.
