    Owner and history

    The Syrah vines, around forty years old, come from the Condrieu appellation. The entire vineyard is organically farmed. The influence of the granite terroir is expressed in an exemplary way!

    Vinification and aging

    The grapes are harvested by hand, followed by traditional winemaking. The wine is then aged in barrels for one year.
