She is supported by a skilled and dedicated team who share her passion and commitment to quality. Domaine Parent is a symbol of Burgundian excellence, where tradition and modernity combine harmoniously.

Vinification and aging

Winemaking at Domaine Parent is a meticulous process, aiming to extract the best from each grape. After hand-harvesting, the grapes are carefully sorted before being destemmed. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled tanks, with maceration lasting a longer or shorter period depending on the vintage. Aging is carried out in French oak barrels, a proportion of which are new, for a variable period. Domaine Parent adapts its winemaking methods to each vintage, in order to preserve the expression of the terroir and to enhance the quality of the grapes.
