The Riesling comes from 18 vineyard sites located on the slopes of Lake Seneca. The soils of this glacial region are characterized by their minerality, including granite, slate, and schist. The vines benefit from a very cool microclimate, which is reflected in the final wine.

Vinification and aging

- Fermentation in large oak barrels
- Aged in tanks on fine lees (9 months)
