Vinification and aging

At Louis Jadot, the vinification and aging of this Chevalier-Montrachet Grand Cru adhere to traditional Burgundian methods. Fermentation takes place in oak barrels, imparting subtle woody notes that enhance the wine's complexity. This cuvée is then aged in barrels for 15 months, developing exceptional depth and structure, where the freshness and fruitiness of the Chardonnay harmonize with a delicate touch of oak.
