    Owner and history

    The vineyards are located on the Chianti hills at an altitude of approximately 250-450 meters. The Merlot vines are surrounded by olive trees on soils rich in limestone, sand, and schist. The estate has been certified organic since 2016.

    Vinification and aging

    The grapes are hand-harvested into crates and then sorted at the winery. Vinification takes place using indigenous yeasts in cement vats. Malolactic fermentation occurs in barrels. The wine is then aged in French oak barrels for 18 to 20 months.
