          Ideally located inin the heart of Provenceon clay and mica schist soils, theMinuty Castleproduces great rosé wines made from theking grape varietiesrosé wines: theGrenache and Tibouren. THEMinuty Castlealso offers white wines produced fromrolleSyrah, the emblematic grape variety of the Var region. The red wines are produced from Syrah and Mourvèdre. The estate's wines are sold under various appellations:Château Minuty 281, White and Gold, Pink and Gold, and Red and Goldcategorized under “estate wines"Branded wines," meanwhile, refer to Minuty Prestige and Minuty M, offered under the following brands:3 dressesTo guarantee the quality of the wine, each grape variety is meticulously planted on the plot best suited to its environment. The vineyard benefits from atemperate maritime climate. As a result, the wines are marked by a breath of fresh air accompanied by fruity aromas.

          From80 years oldMinuty preserves its land with respect for the environment. The vines are treated using...organic and natural materialsin order to enrich its soils and prevent the onset of diseases. TheMinuty Castleadopt aso-called sustainable agricultureby stating that they do not use herbicides or pesticides. Regarding the harvesting method, theThe grape harvest is done entirely by hand.This approach aims to promote and guarantee the quality of the grapes upon entering the vat.
