    Owner and history

    The vineyard covers 63 hectares on gravelly soil. The average age of the vines is 35 years.

    Vinification and aging

    The grape harvest is done manually with two successive sorting stages.
    The winemaking process takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks (maceration time: 15 to 25 days).
    The aging process then takes place in oak barrels: 12 to 15 months (age of the barrels: 50% to 70% new, 50% to 30% one year old).
