    Owner and history

    In total, while the vineyard comprises 140 hectares, 90 hectares are used for wine production. The average age of the vines is 28 years. The grape varieties planted are 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Franc. The soil is clay-limestone.

    Vinification and aging

    In the vineyard, many practices follow biodynamic principles, although the château is not certified. The harvest is done by hand, extractions are gentle, and vinification takes place first in tanks, then in oak barrels.
