    Owner and history

    36 hectares in a single block, on a 42-hectare property. Grape varieties: 72% Merlot, 14% Cabernet Franc, 12% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 2% divided between Carménère and Malbec. Average planting density: 6,000 vines/ha.

    Vinification and aging

    - Manual harvesting in crates, double sorting of the grapes (vibrating table, Tribaie and Qualibaie),
    - Gravity-fed vatting,
    - Vinification by gentle pump-overs and/or rackings, maceration of 18 to 24 days in 2020,
    - Malolactic fermentation partly in new barrels
