    The 37-hectare vineyard is located on a limestone plateau and on a clay-limestone slope. The vines are cultivated with the utmost care.

    Vinification and aging

    Aged for 12 months in 50% new French oak barrels and 50% one-year-old barrels. The wine is bottled without fining.
