Owner and history

The vineyard is located on the clay-limestone plateau of the commune of Saint-Étienne-de-Lisse, east of Saint-Émilion. It covers 18 hectares of vines with an average age of 35 years. The highly diverse terroir is well-suited to the production of Merlot (75%), Cabernet Franc (20%), and Cabernet Sauvignon (5%). The vineyard is certified High Environmental Value (HVE).

Vinification and aging

Château Fleur Cardinal is committed to environmental responsibility, establishing partnerships with beekeepers and avoiding the use of chemical herbicides. The grapes are harvested at peak ripeness and undergo traditional winemaking processes.
