Vineyard area: 61ha. The vineyard is located between the vineyards of Cos d'Estournele and Montrose.

Vinification and aging

The grapes are harvested very ripe (sometimes almost overripe) and then destemmed. Maceration is long, in concrete vats that retain the natural yeasts.
