    Owner and history

    Located on the edge of the limestone plateau of Saint-Emilion, the 7-hectare property takes its name from its south-facing exposure on clay-limestone soil.

    Vinification and aging

    Monsieur d'Arfeuille, passionate about this exceptional terroir, strives to perfectly express it through traditional winemaking. Vinified in cement and stainless steel vats, the wines are then aged for 18 months in oak barrels, 50% of which are renewed each year.
