    Owner and history

    The 70-hectare vineyard has an average age of 30 years. Its soil is composed of Garonne gravel from the Günz region.

    Vinification and aging

    The winemaking process of Stéphane Derenoncourt and his team:
    - Grapes in crates, passing over vibrating tables, manual and optical sorting, without crushing
    - Maceration period of 28 to 30 days
    - Aged in barrels (50% new, 50% one-year-old).
