Producer

Owner and history

The Sancerre vineyards are rich in flinty clay. This stone forms a dense layer on the surface of the soil and gives a truly unique character to the Pinot Noir. The vines are around fifty years old.

Vinification and aging

The grapes are harvested by hand into small crates. They are then sorted on a sorting table and destemmed. Fermentation takes place in truncated conical wooden vats. The wine is aged in new oak barrels for approximately 14 months.
