    Owner and history

    The vineyard is located in the heart of the Côte de Nuits in the village of Comblanchien. The vines, around fifty years old, grow in clay and pebble soils with limestone at depth. The climate is ideal for the production of Pinot Noir. The vineyard is certified organic farming using biodynamic methods.

    Vinification and aging

    The grape harvest is done by hand.
    The wine is made with whole bunches of grapes; no additives are used.
    The wine is aged for 7 months in barrels that have held 3 to 11 wines.
