    Owner and history

    All vineyard work is done manually, from pruning to harvesting. The vines are on average 45 years old.

    Vinification and aging

    The grapes are harvested by hand and sorted in the vineyard.
    Extended aging of 15 months in oak barrels, truncated conical vats and casks in order to refine its imposing structure.
