    Enjoy with meats in sauce, braised beef, lamb tagine, or duck breast with cranberries. Best served at around 16°C after at least 1-2 hours of aeration.

    Owner and history

    Argiles Bleues comes from the best plots in Rasteau. The Syrah and Grenache grapes are grown on hillsides and terraces. The vines are on average 45 years old. The soils, rich in blue clay, bring great depth and minerality to the wine. Bottles are produced in limited quantities!

    Vinification and aging

    - Hand-harvested and sorted in the vineyard
    - Fermentation for 18 to 31 days with indigenous yeasts
    - Aged for 12 months in oak casks
