    Owner and history

    La Truffière comes from old Syrah vines planted on clay-limestone terraces composed of brown clay and rolled pebbles. The name of this cuvée was inspired by the presence of truffles in the vineyard.

    Vinification and aging

    - Destemming of the grapes
    - Winemaking in stainless steel tanks
    - Aged in oak barrels for approximately 12 months
