The vines are located on limestone terraces called Clapas, in a particularly cool terroir. The vines are cultivated organically and biodynamically.

Vinification and aging

- The grapes are harvested by hand with partial destemming.
- Fermentation in wooden vats with indigenous yeasts
- Aging in concrete and wooden tanks
