    Owner and history

    The vineyards are steep and difficult to access. The Chasselas vines are entirely cultivated by hand and using biodynamic methods.

    Vinification and aging

    Direct pressing and aging in concrete. The winemaker adds that very little sulfur is used at bottling in order to preserve the purest expression of the fruit.
