    Owner and history

    The vineyards are located on the steep terraces of the Languedoc. The plots are cultivated organically and biodynamically. The Mediterranean climate here is tempered by the winds.

    Vinification and aging

    Vinification by plot using indigenous yeasts and partial destemming
    Aged by grape variety for 12 months in demi-muids and foudres. Blended and then aged for 4 months in vats.
