    Owner and history

    The 10-hectare vineyard is situated on steep terraces with clay-limestone soils. The vines have been certified organic since 2012.

    Vinification and aging

    Destemming, vinification grape variety by grape variety. Aging for 12 months in demi-muids then for 3 months in vats.
