    Owner and history

The vineyard is located in the heart of the Saint-Julien appellation. It covers 82 hectares in a single block, and the vines are on average 40 years old. Particular attention is paid to biodiversity, agroforestry, and eco-grazing. The terroir consists of Quaternary Garonne gravel, deposited more than 600,000 years ago. More specifically, this terroir is composed of humus, sand, clay, and rounded pebbles. This composition provides ideal conditions for the vines.

    Vinification and aging

    - Parcel selection in vats
    - Maceration for 20 to 30 days
    - Putting into barrels using the press
    - Aged for at least 14 months in barrels, 15% of which are new, and the rest for 1 to 2 years (French oak)
