Owner and history

La Sirène de Giscours, Second wine of Château Giscours, it comes from the young vines of the estate (between 3 and 25 years old). The vineyard covers 80 hectares.

Vinification and aging

- Hand-harvested grapes
- Stainless steel and concrete fermentation with temperature control for 18 to 24 days
- Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels (fine grain, medium toast): 20% new and 80% one or two vintages

  • Serving temperature 16°C - 20°C
