    Owner and history

    The Billecart-Salmon estate covers nearly 100 hectares, stretching from the Côte des Blancs to the Montagne de Reims. The vines are cultivated using traditional methods to ensure authentic fruit and showcase the exceptional quality of the Champagne terroir.

    Vinification and aging

    The wine is made in tanks with malolactic fermentation, incorporating 50 to 60% reserve wines. The wine is then aged on its lees for 30 months, with a dosage of 8 g/l.
