    Owner and history

The vineyard covers 91 hectares and has an average vine age of 35 years. The soils are siliceous-gravelly.

    Vinification and aging

Hand-harvested. Fermentation (1/3 of the time) and maceration (2/3 of the time) take place in temperature-controlled tanks for 28 to 30 days. Vinification is carried out in conical oak barrels, stainless steel, and cement. The wine is aged in barrels for 16 months, including 12 months in French oak barrels (35% new oak), followed by 4 months in tanks after blending.
