    Owner and history

    The vines are 50 to 60 years old. The wine is certified organic by Ecocert and converted to biodynamic farming (Biodyvin).

    Vinification and aging

    - 25-day maceration under controlled temperature
    - Placed in barrels for malolactic fermentation
    - Aging on lees for 12 months, followed by a minimum aging of 24 months, still on lees.
