Owner and history

THE Château Gloria is now run by the Martin family, who carry on the legacy of its founder, Henri Martin. Passionate and committed, they pride themselves on producing exceptional wines while respecting the values of sustainability and quality. The owners work closely with their team, cultivating a spirit of family and sharing. Their vision is to make Château Gloria one domaine essential to the appellation Saint-Julien, while preserving its authenticity and history.

Vinification and aging

Winemaking at Château Gloria is a meticulous process, blending tradition and innovation. The grapes are harvested by hand, ensuring rigorous selection. In the winery, each grape variety is vinified separately to preserve its unique character. Fermentation is followed by aging in oak barrels, some of which are new, allowing the tannins to soften and the aromas to develop complexity. This careful aging process ensures a beautiful structure for the wine, ready to evolve with time.
