    The 50-hectare vineyard has an average age of 40 years. The soil is composed of gravel of Gunzian origin.

    Vinification and aging

    - Hand-harvested grapes
    - Winemaking in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks
    - Aged in barrels for 14 months, 40% of which are new.
