    Owner and history

    The vineyards of Château Larcis Ducasse extend over 11 hectares. The winemaker carefully manages vine vigor and yields to produce high-quality grapes. By naturally reducing yields, the quality of the wines is significantly improved.

    Vinification and aging

    Recent adoption of 500-litre barrels for aging certain batches in order to lessen the influence of oak on the vintages.
