    Owner and history

    The Vieilles Vignes cuvée is produced from old vines, averaging 50 to 100 years old. The soil is clay-limestone. The estate's vineyard covers 30 hectares, divided into 112 plots.

    Vinification and aging

    - Hand-harvested and then sorted in the vineyard
    - Short pre-fermentation maceration in small stainless steel tanks at low temperature
    - Maceration for 20 to 25 days, with careful, slow and gentle extractions.
    - Aged for 12 months without racking in barrels that have held one or two wines, then aged in traditional concrete vats
